| Description |
RMS-2300 is a solvent-based rust preventative that offers medium-term rust protection; dries quickly to a thin coating that is water-displacing, non-staining, fingerprint and atmosphere neutralizing, and safe for most metal alloys. Primarily used for indoor rust protection; can provide protection during transport if there is supplemental packaging. Typical applications include tubing, assemblies, and bearings. |

Unit Certification is not required for this product. Residue should be removed before welding. While RMS-2300 is safe for use on most non-ferrous metals, testing the product on the specific metal prior to use is recommended. |

Contains 65-80% mineral spirits, 10-20% mineral oil, severely hydrotreated, 1-5% mix of petroleum hydrocarbs, and 1-5% Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether. Easily removed with mild alkaline cleaners. |
