| As the manufacturing dictates for CFC production of the
Montreal Covenant and the Clean Air Act take effect, supplies
of new CFC refrigerants are becoming scarce and expensive. In
addition, the excise taxes levied are scheduled to increase
for the next several years.
RMS of Georgia, LLC provides a

avenue to clean or reclaim their refrigerants to new product
purity standards (ARI 700-93). The reclaiming of the used
refrigerants provides your company with greater equipment
efficiency and increased equipment life. Since reclaimed
refrigerant does not have some associated costs that new
refrigerant does, this alternative provides very attractive
cost savings without losing any of the advantages of using
new. By establishing a refrigerant banking relationship with
us, you are not trapped by shrinking distributor allocations.
We use State of Georgia certified weight scales to weigh
every ounce of refrigerant entering our system. It has been
brought to our attention that not all reclamation companies
have addressed this issue.
