| Our entire processed refrigerant is subjected to an
independent laboratory test to verify standards. This test is
required by law and the results are available for your
inspection. We use the accepted standard for refrigerant, the
American Refrigerant Institute Standard ARI-700-93. Your
reclamation charge is calculated by the pound.
All charges include the repackaging of the refrigerant into
DOT approved cylinders. For High Pressure refrigerants (R-22,
R-12, R-500, R-502, R-134a, R-420A, R-421A,
R-421B, etc.)
we use 30 pound disposable boxed cylinders with proper DOT
markings, labeled with the refrigerant type. Unless you
specify otherwise, for Low Pressure refrigerants (R-11, R-113,
R-123) we use 100 pound drums clearly marked with the proper
refrigerant type and proper DOT markings.
For volumes under 500 pounds, an additional charge is
levied for the independent testing of the refrigerant. We also
offer all size refrigerant cylinders for an additional fee. |
